3. Monthly Rolling Contracts

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all our service packages operate on a monthly rolling contract basis. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice. There are no penalties for cancellation.

4. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees are payable in advance. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property. The design and code created by HMWebs remain our intellectual property until the full term of any agreement is fulfilled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

HMWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
